PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector for a multislice X-ray CT system with high detecting efficiency. SOLUTION: In the multislice X-ray detector constituted by constituting X-ray detector element blocks (a group) by laminating and fixing a scintillator element group 1 constituted of a plurality of scintillator elements arranged in a matrix state in a channel direction and a slice direction and a silicon diode array 3 whose arranging positions of the respective light receiving areas coincide with the respective scintillator elements, and by arranging the X-ray detector element blocks in series in the channel direction, the X-ray detector has an isolation wall (a plate) 2 dividing and isolating between the respective adjacent scintillator elements of the scintillator element group constituting the above X-ray detector element blocks, and the isolation wall (the plate) 2 is constituted of a thin plate in which thin white light reflecting films 2c with a high reflecting rate are formed on the surfaces of polymer sheets 2a with metal thin films 2b for blocking light on the same.
