PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter without damaging a field surface even on traveling in a state of stopping the drive of a leveling rotor and bringing it in contact with the field. SOLUTION: This transplanter installed with the leveling rotor in the front direction of a transplanting implement and capable of switching its position between a working position of bringing the leveling rotor in contact with the field surface and a housed position separated from the field surface is constituted by installing a freely rotating means allowing the forward directional rotation of the leveling rotor 12 at a lower directional side of a switching on/off means of power in a driving system of the leveling rotor 12 and setting the freely rotational means as a one-directional crutch.
