PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a combine harvester for rice, barley or wheat in which harvesting work of spermatophyte such as a sunflower with long and tough stalk and having a large-flowered hypanthim on the upper part of the stalk is not unfavorable, and a serial operation comprising reaping, conveying and supplying to a threshing machine, and the like are not smoothly carried out. SOLUTION: This harvester is provided with a stalk supplying port 2 on the front side and the threshing machine 5 having a holding conveyer 4 along the thresher installed on a stalk conveying port 3 on the side of the machine body 1, and a stalk pulling up and conveying machine 8 having countering pulling up lugs 9 increased in intervals and incliningly provided longitudinally, a stalk conveying machine 10 almost horizontally installed on the conveying end of the stalk pulling up and conveying machine 8 directed to the stalk supplying port 2 of the threshing machine 5, wherein the stalk conveying machine 10 comprises a U-shaped connecting and supporting rod 13 which by-passes up side in a height allowing the upper part of the stalk to pass, and integrally connecting an endless conveyer belt 11 and a holding rod 12, and the stalk conveying machine 10 is prolonged as higher than the threshing machine 5.
