PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip oily cosmetic which excels in stability and a feeling, has a feeling of transparency, and can be uniformly coated without color irregularities. SOLUTION: This lip oily cosmetic has (a) 0.1-4 mass% wax and/or wax-like substance, (b) 3-10 mass% lipophilic gelling agent, and (c) 1-90 mass% liquid oil as essential components.
