<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric automobile effectively warming a fuel cell by utilizing waste heat of power consuming devices. <P>SOLUTION: The coolant circulated through an inverter 14, a motor generator 18 or the like is led to a heat storage tank 22 through a switching valve 20.
