PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing information panel, whereby a resident can hear a received speech signal through a speaker, even in a state with a safety device issuing alarm tone in a large sound volume. SOLUTION: When an alarm state detecting means 11 detects that the safety device has output a notice signal, the alarm state detecting means 11 outputs a detection signal to a gain-setting means 12. Since the gain-setting means 12 for receiving the detection signal decreases an amplification factor of a first amplifier 7 whose amplification factor is made variable, the difference of a signal level between a transmission signal and a received signal is decreased, an insertion loss amount control section 6 of a voice switch VSW can easily estimate a call state to be a call-receiving state. As a result, the resident can hear the received call signal transmitted from an alarm monitor panel 80 through the speaker 2, even in a state with the safety device issuing alarm tone in a large sound volume.
