PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation performance between channels of a slip ring mechanism in an X-ray computed tomograph equipped with the slip ring mechanism. SOLUTION: This X-ray computed tomograph is provided with an X-ray tube 3 generating an X ray, an X-ray detector 4 detecting the X-ray transmitting a subject, a rotation frame 2 mounted with the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector and rotatably supported, a high voltage generator 11 generating a high voltage for impressing the X-ray tube, and the slip ring mechanism 6 electrically connecting the high voltage generator to the X-ray tube. The slip ring mechanism is provided with a slip ring 7 attached to the rotation frame, and a brush 8 coming into contact with the slip ring, and the tip of the brush has an inclination to the relative advancing direction of the brush relative to the slip ring.
