PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook rice deliciously by means of an artificial fluctuation heating. SOLUTION: In this rice cooker, heating modes are changed at least three times for every heating output set differently between prescribed temperatures or times at least in the final process of cooking where water is removed through boiling after a water absorbing process in a rice cooking mode.
