PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform more secure electronic commerce with respect to a terminal and a method for information communications, an apparatus and a method for information processing, a recording medium, and programs.

SOLUTION: A purchase shop server 21 generates purchase information using a card identification number allocated to a non-contact IC card of a cellular phone 11, and then supplies it. A receiving shop server 31 acquires the purchase information from the purchase shop server 21, and confirms the card identification number allocated to the non-contact IC card of the cellular phone 11 with an identification number of a purchase card included in the purchase information that is stored in the non-contact IC card of the cellular phone 11 using the identification number of the purchase card included in the purchase information. A certificate server 41 calculates user reliability and shop reliability based on temporary transaction information stored in the non-contact IC card of the cellular phone 11. The calculated user and shop reliabilities are referred to by the cellular phone 11 and the purchase shop server 21 at the next electronic commerce. This invention can be applied to electronic commerce services.
