PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device suitable for assuring a sufficient current and suppressing the fluctuation in luminance due to a fluctuation in power source voltage and further narrowing a picture frame by solving the problems that the luminance of a light emitting element is determined by the current and is therefore there is a need for exactly setting a current value and that the width of wiring increases and the frame region gets larger if the current value is attempted to be sufficiently assured and hindrances arise in mounting various electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The device comprises a conductive film provided with at least a portion of at least one power source line among a plurality of power source lines 103R, 103G and 103B on a first wiring layer 135, and a conductive film disposed on a second wiring layer 136.
