PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier with a lift that is stable, which is compact, which has favorable operability, and which has less risk of falling down or the like even when a bag of grains or a container or the like is carried as it is lifted. SOLUTION: This carrier with a lift is provided with two pairs of right and left front wheels 3 and rear wheels 2 at a front and a rear parts of a forward-open U-shaped main frame 1. A lift frame 4 is erected from a center part inward of the main frame 1, and a lower part is connected to the main frame 1 on the right and the left. A steering handle 5 is provided at a rear part of the lift frame 4, and a fork 8 is provided at a front surface of a lift 6 movable up and down along the lift frame in such a way that a bottom surface 7 can be grounded, with its tip extended forward.
