PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light, compact and easy-to-carry rope take-up device which is easily assembled and in which a rope is aligned and taken up. SOLUTION: This rope take-up device having a rotational center axis and taking up a rope is provided with a take-up mechanism having a rotational center on the rotational center axis and delivering and taking up the rope while rotating around the rotational center, and with a support mechanism supporting the take-up mechanism from the lower direction and supporting the rotational center on the rotational center axis.
