PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting stage which can apply magnetic lines of force on a substance becoming an object which is permeated with magnetic lines of force, e.g., a fluid such as a liquid, by mounting the substance on the mounting stage. SOLUTION: A magnet is installed on the opposite side of a mounting surface S in a mounting part 3 provided with the mounting surface S for mounting the substance which may be permeated through with the magnetic lines of force, so that the magnetic lines of force M' are generated so as to radiate in a direction perpendicular to the mounting surface S. A pair of magnets 8 or those regarded as a pair disposed so that the same poles face each other with a prescribed space G between them or a doughnut-shaped magnet 12 is employed as the magnet. A case 11 is provided to cover the peripheral side and bottom side of the magnet at the opposite side of the mounting surface S thereby to regulate the leakage of the magnetic lines of force radiating in other directions than the direction facing the mounting surface S, so that the magnetic lines of force radiate towards the mounting surface S in concentration.
