The present invention relates to technology for managing the schedule of a mobile communication terminal user. The schedule management system includes a schedule management server (100) and a mobile communication terminal (200). The schedule management server includes a schedule management database (120) for storing schedule management data, and a schedule management processing unit (130) for causing schedule management data to be storedin the schedule management database, and transmitting the schedule management data to a corresponding mobile communication terminal. The mobile communication terminal includes memory (250) for storing schedule management data, a schedule alarm setting unit (261) forcausing schedule management data to be stored in the memory, and setting an alarm withreference to an appointment time, and a schedule alarm unit (263) for providing notification ofappointment content through an alarm at an exact appointment time or at a predetermined time before the set appointment time.
