<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat heater capable of reducing the power consumption of a battery and heating a seat of a vehicle to comfortable temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A control device of the seat heater controls a flow direction changing means 18 so that hot air exhausted from an exhaust port 13a in a battery case 13 flows to an intake port of a duct in a seat when a seat heater switch 19 is turned on. When the seat heater switch 19 is turned off, the control device controls the flow direction changing means so that hot air from the exhaust port 13a in the battery case 13 flows to an exhaust duct 14.
