<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change resolution without remodeling a light receiving chip. <P>SOLUTION: A light that is emitted from a light emitting part and enters a condenser lens 17 on the light receiving side is converged there, and it enters a light receiving chip 22. Therefore, the width of a incident light flux to the light receiving chip 22 can be made smaller than that of the conventional photocoupler.
