PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any damage of a flat panel type radiation detector owing to resin by thereinto injecting the resin a little more than a prescribed amount. SOLUTION: Since a regulation plate 27 is disposed with spacers 25 used as intermediates, the injection of resin 37 causes the regulation plate 27 to regulate an excessive expansion of an upper plate 15 while allowing the upper plate 15 to upward expand. Accordingly, even if the resin 37 is put in a little more, the upper plate 15 is kept from heavily deformed or damaged, and furthermore the resin 37 can be put in a little more than the prescribed amount. As a result, the damage of the upper plate 15 caused by the putting in of the resin 37, the damage of the upper plate 15 consequent upon the hardening of the resin 37, and the exfoliation of a radiosensitive film, etc. can be prevented while it is possible to prevent the damage of the flat panel type radiation detector 1.
