PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection inspection device capable of inspecting an open state and a short state of a plurality of connection parts with solder and the like easily by using the connection inspection device. SOLUTION: In the device to inspect electric connection state of a plurality of input/output terminals and a plurality of land parts between a bare tip with the plurality of input/output terminals and a circuit board with the plurality of land parts, first input terminal groups 3 (1) to 3 (3) connected to every other land parts, second input terminal groups 4 (1) to 4 (3) connected to every other land parts except for the above, an exceptional logical addition circuit 12 for inputting output voltage of the first input terminal groups 3 (1) to 3 (3), an exceptional logical addition circuit 13 for inputting output voltage of the second input terminal groups 3 (1) to 3 (3) and a display part 5 for displaying output state of both the exceptional logical addition circuits 12, 13. When the device is connected, the bare tip supplies voltage to respective input/output terminals corresponding to each land parts connected to the first input terminal groups 3 (1) to 3 (3) and the second input terminal groups 4 (1) to 4 (3) of which level reverses between a high level to a low level at every predetermined period of time.
