PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sonobuoy signal processing apparatus capable of display data of a plurality of channels by a small amount of display resources and displaying signals without impairing processing gain of directivity synthesis processing by compressing gram data of beams of which the directivity is synthesized for every bearing into the amount of one channel. SOLUTION: A directivity synthesis processing part 20 forms a plurality of directional beams. Frequency analysis processing parts 31-34 analyze frequency. Noise average processing parts 41-44 compute and normalize the average level of noise. Integration processing parts 51-54 suppress noise variations by integration. A signal selection processing part 60 selects signals to be displayed on the basis of the relation between output results of the integration processing parts 51-54 and output results of the noise average processing parts 41-44.
