PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional electric chain blocks that various chain containers of different size in accordance with lift are provided because chain length is varied for each suspension lift of the cargo, that large space is required to deteriorate carrying efficiency in carrying parts for high lift kinds because size of the chain containers also become larger, that the chain containers need be changed when an existing electric chain block is remodeled to change the lift or the like, and that cost on the users' side is not efficient. SOLUTION: This chain container to contain a chain of an electric chain block is provided with a fixed bucket of a cylindrical form, and a movable bucket of a cylindrical form with a bottom, having inner diameter that is slightly larger than the outer form of the fixed bucket.
