PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device system in which a train sensing signal transmitter and receiver device, a tunnel sensing signal transmitter and receiver device and a blower control device are cooperatively arranged and controlled at the extremity end of a train, an inner part of a tunnel and near a tunnel inlet part. SOLUTION: This shock and noise preventing system is constituted such that when a train passes in a tunnel at a high speed, either shock or noise generated by collision between air in the tunnel and the passing train is prevented through air blowing into the tunnel to cause both air in the tunnel and the passing train to move in parallel state, a collision between the train and the air in the tunnel is prevented to eliminate causes of occurrence of shock and noise and then the collision and noise are prevented from being generated.
