PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weight saving and cornering power. SOLUTION: The tire is provided with at least one sheet of belt layer 4, 5 having a plurality of steel cords wound at an angle of 28°to 40°relative to a tire circumferential direction; and at least one sheet of belt reinforcement layer 6 having an organic fiber cord. The belt layer 4, 5 and the belt reinforcement layer 6 are set such that a ratio of an average value of initial tension rigidity per unit width in each of the all belt layers 4, 5 and an average value of initial tension rigidity per unit width in each of the all belt reinforcement layers 6 becomes 5 to 8.
