PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjustable device simple in manufacturing process and high in productivity. SOLUTION: A rotor 22 is formed of a laminate made by laminating a plurality of sheet metals 74 into one united body. The rotor or laminate of a desired dimension and shape therefore can be obtained by properly setting thicknesses and shapes of the plurality of sheet metals 74 to be laminated. At this time, as the sheet metals 74 are produced by precise punching, high dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy are easily obtainable without adding machining work and the rotor 22 having desired high accuracy can be obtained by laminating them into the one united body.
