PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotational failure due to chips easily caused in the case of cutting out the paper or synthetic resin sheet for ink jet printing by a very simple means in a cutter 1 of a cutting plotter inserted in an insert hole 4 provided in a cutter holder 3 and having a bearing function to be rotatably mounted.
