PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily present set values of various equipment without operating a remote controller main body with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This endoscope system has a remote controller 18 or a wireless remote controller 19. The remote controller 18, which is for supporting the control of a plurality of medical equipment to a system controller 17, is provided with: a button 38 for changing the set values with which the setting of the various medical equipment can be changed, on a remote controller main body 30; and a vibration detection sensor 35 for detecting the vibration of the remote controller main body 30, within the remote controller main body 30. The system controller 17 connected to the remote controller 18 through a connection cable 37 controls an endoscope display panel 13 to display various kinds of set values in an endoscope picture or to delete them based on a detection signal.
