PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen-confectionery feeding device moving a movable cap bottom part downward so as to keep its posture as it is simultaneously with the end of the movement. SOLUTION: This frozen-confectionery feeding device has the following structure: a pressurizing means 40 is set at a cylinder cap 31, and is provided with an eccentric body part 41 and a pressurizing part 42; the eccentric body part 41 is rotatably attached around the axis horizontal part 44a of a cylinder cap axis 44, and has an eccentric shape different in distance from the axis horizontal part 44a and the upper surface 34a of the movable cap bottom part 34 due to rotation; one end of a spring 45 is connected to the pressurized end part 42c of the pressurizing part 42, and the other end thereof is connected to the axis horizontal part 44a; and the pressurizing part 42 is slidably attached to the eccentric body part 41 via the elastic force of the spring 45.
