PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear drag-operating structure of a spinning reel, making it possible that an oscillation range of a lever member is regulated, while a width of a reel body from side to side is made to be small. SOLUTION: This rear drag-operating structure of the spinning reel is used for operating a spool by controlling braking force of the spool, wherein the rear drag-operating structure is equipped with a knob fitting part 52, a first rear drag knob 50, and a second rear drag knob 51. A fastening projection 53 which projects in any one of vertical directions is integrally formed on an outer peripheral part of a front end part of the knob fitting part 52 and a rotation regulating part 54 which regulates rotation by being contacted with the fastening projection 53 is positioned on an inner peripheral part of the second rear drag knob 51.
