<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pipe removing method for removing an existing pipe at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The existing pipe removing method comprises a shaft construction process of constructing a departing shaft 10a on one end of the existing pipe 11 buried underground and constructing a departing shaft 10b on the other end of the existing pipe 11, a jacking process of jacking a steel pipe 20 from the departing shaft 10a toward the departure shaft 10b to cover the existing pipe 11, a covering process of installing a cover on an arrival shaft opening 17 in the leading end of the steel pipe 20 when the leading end arrives at the departure shaft 10b and a drawing process of drawing the steel pipe 20 including the existing pipe inside from the departure shaft 10b toward the departure shaft 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
