<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a simulation near to an actual deformation behavior of a rubber material. <P>SOLUTION: This rubber material simulation method for simulating deformation of the rubber material containing matrix rubber and a filler includes a step for setting a rubber material model including a filler model with at least the one filler divided into a finite number of elements, and a matrix model with the matrix rubber into divided a finite number of elements conformed with an outer circumferential face of the filler model in an initial state, and having an inner circumferential face separable from the outer circumferential face, a step for imparting a condition of tensile deformation to the rubber material model to calculate the deformation, and a step for acquiring a necessary physical quantity from the rubber material model. The step for calculating the deformation includes a step for calculating a separated distance between the inner circumferential face of the matrix model and the outer circumferential face of the filler model, and a step for imparting attractive force along a mutual approaching direction of the inner circumferential face and the outer circumferential face, on the basis of the separated distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
