PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resource-saving-type cut-sheet with an envelope attached, which prevents mismatches of data such as addresses or the like between an envelope and a data sheet to be enclosed in the envelop, and which realizes further reduction in cost. SOLUTION: (1) The envelope and the data sheet are integrated. (2) A structure facilitating processing by a printer is employed. (3) The structure enables an easy insertion of the cut-off data sheet into the envelope. (4) Not only the sheet but also an adhesive used are friendly to the environment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
