<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical body capable of providing comparatively large slip torque and miniaturizing the whole cylindrical body. <P>SOLUTION: This cylindrical body has a slit 1 arranged between two members fitted to enable relative rotation and provided in the direction of shaft length and a plurality of protruding bars 2 provided in parallel with the direction of shaft length at positions in the peripheral direction.
