PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat transfer structure of a superconducting coil capable of improving heat transfer efficiency and of utilizing an internal space of the superconducting coil as a magnetic field space, and also to provide a superconducting magnet having the heat transfer structure. SOLUTION: The heat transfer structure includes a cylindrical member 2 comprising metal or alloy, the cylindrical member adhering, in its inner wall, to an outer periphery of the superconducting coil 1 serving as a cooling object and being thermally connected to the same; an annular heat conduction member 3 adhering, in its inner wall, to an outer circumference of the cylindrical member 2 to be thermally connected, and partly including a protruded part 3a; a holding bar 4 penetrating axially of the heat conduction member 3 in an annular part of the heat conduction member 3 for holding the heat conduction member 3 at a predetermined position; a fixing member 5 fixedly mounted on opposite ends of the superconducting coil 1 for fixing opposite ends of the holding bar 4; and a heat conduction member 6 fixedly mounted on a protruded part 3a of the heat transmission member 3 for thermally connecting a freezer 7 and the heat conduction member 3.
