PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing system enhancing sales efficiency by shortening time of a user from arrival in front of an objective automatic vending machine or the like till reception of a ticket or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of automatic vending machines 10 are precedently classified for each belonging service area, and an identification ID is issued for each service area. In use intention registration, a service area classification is an essential designation item, and when the use intention registration is carried out, a management station server 20 sends a barcode corresponding to the use intention registration only to each automatic vending machine 10 issued with the identification ID of the designated service area. Since the automatic vending machine 10 functions so as to carry out issuing for use settlement when a result of collating a barcode read by a barcode reader part matches with the barcode sent from the management station server 20, it is not followed by communication of inquiry or the like to the server 20, and the ticket issuing system substantially shortening the time of the user till reception of the ticket or the like can be realized.
