PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a tube member provided with projecting parts extending in a longitudinal direction to an interior or exterior regardless of material quality, and dimension and shape of the projecting parts. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the tube member having a peripheral side wall 2 of a tubular shape and the projecting parts 3a disposed to extend axially in one or both of either the interior or exterior of the peripheral side wall 2 is provided, wherein a member of the shape corresponding to the projecting parts 3a is joined to at least one surface of a bendable plate material, bending the plate material into a tubular shape so as to join both ends to each other.
