PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subcutaneous valve improved for medical treatment. SOLUTION: The valve 1 is equipped with a main body 2 including an inlet orifice 5 and an outlet orifice 6 which lead into a chamber 3, and comprises a shutter member 23 suitable for partially closing the inlet orifice 5, an elastic return member 26 arranged for being held to the inlet orifice 5, and a rotor 4 stored in the chamber 3. The rotor 4 has a cam forming surface 20, and the return member 26 forms movable contact with the cam-forming surface 20 so as to push the cam-forming surface 20 of the rotor 4.
