MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF TIRE, ITS REPAIR METHOD, METHOD FOR INJECTION OF SOLUTION-LIKE RESIN, AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a solid tire showing more enhanced shock absorption than a conventional solid tire and generating less puncture while keeping reliability of the tire by use of a conventional pneumatic tire of a bicycle. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the tire by injecting an elastic resin composition RS into an inner space of a tube 2 of a tire of a bicycle or the like via a valve B1, and the said elastic resin composition RS comprises a thermoplastic elastomer mixed with 70 to 80 wt% of a processing oil so as to give a solution state having a viscosity around 10 cps to 300 ps at 160°C, and the said elastic resin composition RS which is heated to give a solution state is injected into the inner part of the said tube 2 of the tire and then cooled to gel.
