<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cylindrical mold used for forming a fine uneven shape like an unreflected structure with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The mold manufacturing method includes a first process for forming a desired fine uneven shape on one side of a flexible sheet member and forming a conductive film on the uneven surface of the flexible sheet member, a second process for rounding the sheet member into a cylindrical shape so that the surface to which the fine uneven shape is formed of the sheet member becomes inside to insert the cylindrical sheet member into a cylindrical member and applying electroforming treatment to the surface to which the fine uneven shape is formed of the sheet member to form a mold and a third process for drawing the mold and the sheet member out of the cylindrical member and further peeling the mold from the sheet member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
