<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating a network on the basis of a data profile. <P>SOLUTION: A method for estimating a topology stepwise by forming a possible candidate network which may reproduce a given data profile, evaluating the candidate network, and estimating possible structure of network and parameter which may give the data profile is provided.
