PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact reverse input shutting-off one-way clutch by limiting application of a reverse input shutting-off two-way clutch. SOLUTION: An input external wheel 5, an output shaft 2 passing through the input external wheel 5, a pocket 15 provided on an inside diameter face of the input external wheel 5, a roller 19 stored in the pocket 15, and a spring piece 9 of a lock release spring 6 stored on a small diameter side of the pocket 15 are stored, and a presser 28 of a roller pressing member 21 is stored on a large diameter side across the roller 19. Required rotation resistance is given to the roller pressing member 21, and magnitude of spring force of the spring piece 9 is set to be smaller than rotation resistance force of the roller pressing member 21.
