PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To renew an existing pipe to a new pipe under a condition where water supply of the existing pipe line is not stopped and danger of occurrence of water supply stop is reduced even if the existing pipe line is a tree shape pipe line or the like laid under a main road by laying temporary pipe line capable of bypassing the existing pipe line without bothering road traffic or the like. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the temporary pipe line 5 used for making fluid pass through during renewal of the existing pipe line 3 by being provided along the existing pipe line 3. A plurality of small diameter pipe lines 7 smaller than the existing pipe line 3 are arranged and a shut off valve 8 is provided on each small diameter pipe line 7.
