PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit execution of a process according to argument information, in accordance with the time at reproducing data. SOLUTION: When the time at reproducing the data reproduced according to a play list containing PlayListMark() having Mark() including mark_time_stamp indicating one reproduction time on the time axis of the play list, mark_type indicating the type of the Mark(), and mark_data which becomes the argument of an event when the mark_type is of the type generating the event agrees with the mark_time_stamp, the Mark() having the mark_time_stamp is recognized in a step S302. When the mark_type included in the recognized Mark() indicates the type generating the event, the mark_data included in the Mark() and the generation of the event are notified, in a step S307.
