PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing device which retrieves necessary information efficiently from among a large amount of information. SOLUTION: The information sharing device has a registered information storage means 5 for storing information which a plurality of registrants have registered together with the identification information of the registrants and a retrieval history storage means 6 for storing the retrieval history of a retriever who searches the registered information storage means together with the identification information of the retriever. In the unit, a specific retriever is identified (in a part 7). On the basis of the identification result, the retrieval history of the specific retriever is read from the retrieval history storage means, and it is decided on the basis of the retrieval history of the read specific retriever whether or not the specified registrant is a favorite registrant of the specific retriever from the number of times that the specified retriever has retrieved information registered by the specific registrant and the number of times that the specific retriever has retrieved all the information registered by the plurality of registrants (in a part 2). A retrieval request from the specific retriever is accepted, and in searching information for the registered information storage means, information registered by the registrant who has been decided to be a favorite is preferentially presented (in a part 1).
