摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice filling quantity measuring method and its device capable of directly measuring the filling quantity of ice with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An initial supply quantity of a pressurized gas in the absence of ice and a supply quantity of the pressurized gas supplied to a set pressure in the presence of ice are measured by a flow meter F1 by supplying the pressurized gas for measurement to the set pressure by a pressurized gas supply valve V3 in a state that a heat storage tank 11 is sealed, and the ice filling quantity is calculated by an calculation means 16 on the basis of the difference between the initial supply quantity and the supply quantity. Thus the volume of ice can be directly determined on the basis of the difference between the supply quantities of the pressurized gas supplied in the presence of ice and the absence of ice into a sealed space until the set pressure is achieved, and the ice filling quantity can be calculated.
