PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic control device useful for various kinds of devices mounted on a vehicle in execution of processing. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a driver's seat side input part 21 and a front passenger seat side input part 22 for enabling mechanical input operation of an occupant of the driver's seat and the front passenger seat; a voice input part 23 for distinguishing/obtaining voice of the occupant of the driver's seat and the front passenger seat and enabling individual voice input operation; a driver's seat side display part 31 and a front passenger seat side display part 32 for individually displaying a processing result relative to the respective input operations to the occupants of the driver's seat and the front passenger seat; a voice processing part 41 for individually voice-outputting the processing result relative to the respective input operations of the occupants of the driver's seat and the front passenger seat; and a voice output part 42 for outputting the voice output to the occupants of the driver's seat and the front passenger seat respectively. The input operations by the occupants of the driver's seat and the front passenger seat are individually processed by a driver's seat side processing part 11 and a front passenger seat side processing part 12. When one input operation is interrupted, intention of an operator is confirmed by a processing content changing means 13 and processing is continuously executed by the other.
