PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio mobile communications system which eliminates a need of search with voice and raises the update frequency of mobile station (taxi) information and allows improvement in the customer service to be expected. SOLUTION: In a radio mobile communication system comprising a base station 140 and a plurality of mobile stations 110, 111, and 112, mobile stations 110 and 11, that are in a specific region 130, are prompted to respond, by data communication (a small amount of non-voice communication) from the base station 140.
