PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusible interlining cloth not causing partially linear peeling at an interlining cloth-fused part, and keeping excellent outer appearance quality: and to provide a garment using the interlining cloth. SOLUTION: The fusible interlining cloth is used for a collar of a dress shirt or the like. The fusible interlining cloth has a long diameter and a short diameter, where shapes the end part of which is wider than the center part are alternately arranged on an interlining base cloth, and shifted in axial directions of constituting yarns forming interlining woven fabric.
