PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protection sheet that has a good adhesive strength against various adherend and an excellent anchoring property of its adhesive layer to a supporting base material and does not cause adhesive transfer to an adherend even being used in outdoor and preserved under a high temperature and even in strong adhesion. SOLUTION: The surface protection sheet whose supporting base material is provided at its one side or both sides with an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic elastomer as a base polymer, wherein the supporting base material contains a polyethylene-based resin and the thermoplastic elastomer is characterized by that it is a hydrogenated product (hydrogenated TPE) of a block copolymer comprised of a block A containing mainly a unit of an aromatic vinyl compound and a block B comprised of an isoprene unit and a 1,3-butadiene unit.
