摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat turning device which is less in physical load and hardly realizes improver operation. SOLUTION: Gears 42-45 are supported by bearings 38-41 erected on a base 11 to turnably support a substrate 13. The gears 42, 43 are turnable only in the directions of arrows R1, R2. The gears 44, 45 are non-turnable. Tooth forming bodies 36, 37 are fixed to a rotary shaft part 292 of a lever 29. The gears 42, 44 are provided immediately below the rotational locus of the tooth forming body 36 when the substrate 13 is turned around a shaft 14. The gears 43, 45 are provided immediately below the rotational locus of the tooth forming body 36 when the substrate 13 is turned around the shaft 14. A plurality of first driving teeth 361 are integrated with a circumferential surface of the tooth forming body 36. A plurality of second driving teeth 371 are integrated with a circumferential surface of the tooth forming body 37.
