PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the deodorizing capacity of a nonwoven fabric sheet by eliminating the apprehension of ignition while increasing the amount of activated carbon to enhance the deodorizing capacity thereof at the time of use as an insole or the like. SOLUTION: In this deodorizing activated carbon sheet obtained by mixing a heat-fusible resin powder and activated carbon particles between two nonwoven fabrics having air permeability to integrate them with the nonwoven fabrics by thermal fixing, the content of activated carbon particles is 30 g/m<SP>2</SP>or above and a lubricating material is added to the heat-fusible resin powder and the activated carbon particles in an amount of 0.1-5.0 wt.% with respect to the mixed total amount of them. The amount of the activated carbon particles with a particle size of 300-500μm is preferably 90% or above and the amount of the heat-fusible resin powder with a particle size of 100-400μm is preferably 90% or above.
