PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device for a package body capable of reducing the number of components, and also, capable of more effectively exerting a cutting function of a package body with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The cutter device for a package body is provided with a pair of holders 2, 3, which are repeatedly rotated at a required rotation angle in the opposite directions by making a common support shaft 6 as a fulcrum, a pair of cutting blades 4, 4' mounted so that their blade parts face the holders 2, 3, and a driving means for rotating the holders 2, 3. The tip parts of arms 7, 8 formed integrally with the holders 2, 3 are synchronized by a rotary cam 11 rotationally driven by a motor 10 of the driving means and repeatedly driven at a required rotation angle.
